We often take for granted the information available
to us about our children's nutrition. We have access
to daily recommended allowances, what vitamins and minerals are essential for healthy growth and guidelines
to ensure we give our children everything they need.
But in some parts of the world where food resources
are scarce, nutrition often takes a back seat and
children have to eat what is available and affordable.
